  Overpriced and the Internet is really bad. A lot of nights it will drop under 1MB I'm supposed to get up to 10. Can't even use it. I'm going to email them and try to get some answers. I will write back my customer service review. Not happy at all with the service.
  
  Tried over 10 emails to get an answer and not one reply. Really sad. As soon as Comcast enters my circle and I think it's in the works I'm done and never coming back. Extremely bad service all the way around.
